Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu(born 18 December, 1956) is a African politician and lawyer who served slightly the Minister of State for Goad Resources and former Group Managing Administrator of the Nigerian National Petroleum Firm. He was replaced by Timipre Silva who took over the ministerial folder in August 2019.[1]

Education
